Private Label Softgel Manufacturer
ZOOMSHEAL encapsulates fish oil, CoQ10, vitamin D3, astaxanthin, turmeric and multi-oil blends on rotary die lines in Guangzhou — bovine, fish or vegetarian shells, enteric coating and custom shapes from 1,000 units per SKU.

Softgel Manufacturing, From Fill to Polished Capsule
A softgel is a one-piece capsule with a plasticised gelatin shell surrounding a liquid or paste fill. That construction is what makes it the right format for oils, fat-soluble vitamins and low-dose actives that would be unstable if exposed to air and light — and it is also what makes softgel production less forgiving than tablet or capsule filling. Shell thickness, plasticiser ratio, fill temperature and drying humidity all move together, and a change in one shows up as leaking, sticking or a soft capsule six weeks later.
We run rotary die encapsulation with in-line fill weight control, then tunnel drying and polishing before inspection. Oils and suspensions are prepared in-house, so a fish oil blend with an antioxidant system, a CoQ10 suspension in MCT, or a turmeric extract in sunflower oil can all be formulated and tested before the shell is even considered. Fill weights from 300 mg to 1,500 mg are standard; enteric coating is available for actives that must bypass the stomach.

Our Softgel Contract Manufacturing Process
Quality Control for Softgel Production
Softgel defects are mostly mechanical: leaking seams, off-weight capsules, cross-linking in the shell, or sticking after packing. Each lot is inspected for seam integrity and fill weight distribution, and shell performance is checked through disintegration and, where relevant, enteric resistance testing.
For oil-based fills, peroxide value and anisidine value are tested at intake and again on the finished lot, because rancidity develops quietly and only shows up as a customer complaint months later. Stability chambers run at accelerated and long-term conditions so the expiry date is backed by data.
