Amino Acid Manufacturer for BCAA, EAA & Glutamine Brands

Custom Amino Acid Manufacturing, From Raw Powder to Finished Tub

Amino acids are fussy raw materials: BCAA and EAA blends clump, L-glutamine degrades with moisture, and unflavoured powders taste bitter. ZOOMSHEAL runs dedicated amino acid lines in our GMP-certified Guangzhou facility, controlling granulation, instantizing, blending humidity and sealed packaging so every tub stays free-flowing.

We produce BCAA 2:1:1 and 4:1:1, full-spectrum EAA with all nine essential amino acids, L-glutamine, L-arginine, L-citrulline, glycine, taurine and collagen-amino blends as flavoured drink powders, instantized bulk powder, single-serve stick packs, capsules and tablets, with servings from 1 g to 30 g per dose.

What Sets Our Amino Acid Production Apart

BCAA, EAA and Single Amino Acids
We manufacture BCAA 2:1:1 and 4:1:1, nine-amino-acid EAA blends, L-glutamine, arginine, citrulline, glycine, taurine and collagen-amino complexes from one factory, under one MOQ and one quality file.
Instantizing and Taste Masking
Bitter, clumping amino powders are hard to sell, so we instantize for cold-water dispersion and mask off-notes with natural flavours and sweeteners. Fruit, candy, cola and unflavoured profiles are all available.
Powder, Capsule and Stick Pack Formats
The same formula can ship as a 300 g tub, a 20 g stick pack, a 2,000 mg capsule or a tablet. We fill 1 to 30 g powder servings, 300 to 3,000 mg capsules and single-serve sachets on dedicated lines.
Testing and Label Claim Support
Every batch is assayed for amino acid content, blend uniformity, moisture and microbiology, and released with a certificate of analysis. Vegan, sugar-free, halal and organic-ready versions use certified raw materials.

Our Amino Acid Contract Manufacturing Process

01
Consultation & Brief
We review your amino acid, ratio, serving size, flavour and market, then recommend a formula, format and MOQ that work for your volume.
02
Formula & Pilot Sample
Our team develops the blend, sets the flavour and instantizing system, and produces a pilot batch so you can test solubility, taste and texture before approval.
03
Quotation & Approval
With the amino blend signed off, we freeze the finished specification, agree the powder MOQ, tub or sachet format and delivery window, then release a formal quotation together with the proforma invoice.
04
Production & Blending
Amino acids are sieved and blended under controlled humidity, then filled into tubs, stick packs or capsules on dedicated lines with in-process weight checks.
05
Quality Control & Testing
Every batch is tested for amino acid assay, uniformity, moisture, solubility and microbiology, and released only after the certificate of analysis is approved.
06
Packaging & Export Shipping
Finished goods are filled, sealed and labelled to your artwork, then documented for export by air, sea or express to your destination.

Quality Control for Amino Acid Purity

Amino acid products live or die on purity and blend accuracy, so our quality programme focuses on assay, uniformity and moisture. Every incoming amino acid is verified against its certificate of analysis, and each finished batch is tested for active content, blend uniformity, moisture and microbial safety.

Everything is made in our GMP-certified Guangzhou Huadu factory to FDA, NSF and cGMP standards, with HACCP controls watching every amino stage from powder intake through sieving, instantizing and tub filling to final sealing. Accelerated plus real-time stability data underpin the shelf life and the amino content you print on the tub.

Amino Acid Manufacturing FAQ

What is the minimum order quantity for custom amino acids?+
For BCAA, EAA and glutamine lines the entry point is 3,000 cans of powder, 3,000 bottles for capsules or tablets and 10,000 sachets for single-serve sticks. Loose instantized amino powder is quoted from 25 kg upward. First-time SKUs can usually be arranged as a smaller starter run, so just tell us your target volume.
Can you manufacture amino acids under my own brand?+
Yes. We are a private label and OEM/ODM manufacturer, so your brand appears on the tub, carton and certificate of analysis. You own the finished goods and the brand, while we supply the formula, format and packaging.
How long does amino acid production take?+
Once the amino blend spec and label artwork are signed off, a normal BCAA or EAA run leaves the plant in 4 to 6 weeks. That window covers fermented amino sourcing, sieving and humidity-controlled blending, instantizing, flavouring, release testing and export cartoning. Locked-in repeat orders are scheduled faster.
How much does custom amino acid manufacturing cost?+
Your unit price tracks the amino chosen, the BCAA ratio, the flavour system and the tub or sachet you pick. Vegan fermented-grade aminos and complex fruit or cola flavourings push cost up, whereas commodity BCAA 2:1:1 and plain L-glutamine become very keen at volume. Share your specification and run size and we will build a costed quote.
Can you match a competitor's amino acid formula?+
We can develop a formula with the same amino acid ratio and flavour profile without copying a trademark or protected trade dress. Send a sample or label and we will build a comparable, fully own-brand product.
Which certifications does your factory hold?+
The amino production line sits within our Guangzhou plant, which is GMP-certified and audited to cGMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, FDA and NSF standards. A certificate of analysis plus specification sheet is issued for every finished batch, and vegan, sugar-free or halal-ready amino programs draw on certified raw materials.
Can you help with shipping and customs documents?+
Amino acid shipments leave with a commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of analysis, certificate of origin and, where the destination demands it, health certificates. We book air, sea or express freight and are glad to work with your own forwarder.
What payment terms do you offer?+
Most first amino projects are settled as 30% on order confirmation with the 70% balance cleared before the goods ship, paid by T/T. Returning buyers can negotiate looser schedules, and quotes are issued in USD unless you ask for another currency.
