This website, zoomsheal.com, is operated by Zhongci Health Products Technology Development Co., Ltd. (Chinese legal name: 中慈保健品科技开发有限公司, Unified Social Credit Code 914401113313353748), of No. 25 Fuyuan 1st Road, Building 2, Floor 2, Huadu District, Guangzhou, Guangdong 510800, China. ZOOMSHEAL is our export brand for contract manufacturing of dietary supplements.

In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Zhongci Health Products Technology Development Co., Ltd. “You” means the person visiting this website or contacting us.

2. Scope

This policy covers personal data we collect through this website, by email, by phone, through WhatsApp or other messaging channels linked from this site, and in the course of a business relationship with a customer, supplier or applicant.

It does not cover third-party websites we link to. Their own privacy policies apply there.

3. What we collect

We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and to run our business:

• Contact and identity data you submit: name, company name, country, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and the product, dosage form, quantity and market you describe.
• Enquiry content: messages, specification files, artwork, formulas or other documents you send us.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, referring page, pages viewed and time on page, collected through server logs and analytics tools.
• Marketing preferences: whether you asked to receive our newsletter or product updates.
• Business relationship data: order history, shipping and billing details, quality and complaint records, where you are an active customer or supplier.

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation or sample.
• To produce, pack, ship and invoice orders, and to provide after-sales and quality support.

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised. Order, quality and accounting records are kept for the period required by Chinese law and, where relevant, for the limitation period of contractual claims. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

We use access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted internal permissions, and we limit access to the staff and providers who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we review our measures regularly and act promptly on any incident that could affect your data.

11. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to certain processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time.
