Terms of Service
Last updated: 8 November 2026
1. These terms
This website, zoomsheal.com, is published by Zhongci Health Products Technology Development Co., Ltd. (Chinese legal name: 中慈保健品科技开发有限公司, Unified Social Credit Code 914401113313353748), of No. 25 Fuyuan 1st Road, Building 2, Floor 2, Huadu District, Guangzhou, Guangdong 510800, China.
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Our manufacturing and supply relationships are governed by a separate written contract, and where that contract conflicts with these terms, the contract prevails.
2. Business use only
This site is aimed at businesses and professional buyers. It is not directed to consumers, and nothing on it is an offer to sell to the public.
3. No medical or regulatory advice
Content on this site describes manufacturing capability. It is not medical, nutritional or regulatory advice, and it is not a substitute for the advice of a qualified professional. Product claims, labelling and market notifications for any product we manufacture are the responsibility of the brand owner for the destination market, and must be reviewed against the rules of that market before sale.
Statements about dietary supplements on this site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Registration of a facility with the FDA is not FDA approval of any product or claim.
4. Quotations and orders
Prices, minimum order quantities, lead times and specifications shown on this site are indicative. A quotation is valid for the period stated in it, and in any event for 30 days unless we agree otherwise in writing. An order becomes binding only when we confirm it in writing and, where required, when the deposit is received.
5. Specifications, MOQ and lead times
Production follows the specification and bill of materials agreed in writing, including dosage form, fill weight, ingredients, overage, packaging and artwork. Lead times run from the later of written order confirmation, approved artwork and receipt of deposit, and are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
6. Samples
Samples may be charged and are usually shipped with freight collect. Stock samples are indicative of appearance and packaging, not a warranty that a production batch will be identical in colour, taste or texture within normal manufacturing tolerances.
7. Price, payment and taxes
Unless stated otherwise, prices are in US dollars, exclude freight, insurance, duties and taxes, and are based on the exchange rate and raw-material costs at the date of quotation. Payment terms are stated in the quotation or contract. Bank charges and any withholding tax are for the buyer's account.
8. Delivery
Delivery terms follow Incoterms as stated in the contract. Risk passes as set out in those terms. Where we arrange freight as a service to you, we do so as your agent and are not liable for carrier delay, customs action or force majeure events.
9. Your responsibilities
- You confirm that you have the right to use any formula, trademark, artwork or claim you send us, and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
- You are responsible for the regulatory status of the product in the destination market, including ingredient limits, permitted claims, labelling and notification or registration duties.
- You are responsible for maintaining your own product liability insurance for the markets you sell into.
- You will not ask us to manufacture anything unlawful, or any product for which you do not hold the required authorisations.
10. Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, photographs, illustrations, page design and code — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without written permission. Your formulas, artwork and brand assets remain yours; we use them only to perform your order. We may show finished-product photographs in our portfolio only with your written consent.
11. Confidentiality
Each side will keep the other's non-public technical, commercial and pricing information confidential, use it only for the purpose of the relationship, and not disclose it except to staff and advisers who need it. This obligation survives the end of the relationship.
12. Quality, warranty and claims
We warrant that goods are manufactured in accordance with the agreed specification, in a facility holding the certifications stated for the relevant line, and that they comply with the agreed specification at the time of shipment. Certificates of analysis are issued per batch.
Claims for shortage, damage or non-conformity must be notified in writing within 15 days of delivery, with batch numbers, photographs and, where relevant, retained samples, so that we can investigate. If a claim is accepted, our obligation is, at our option, to replace the affected goods or to credit their invoiced value. The warranty does not cover defects caused by your specification, artwork, storage or handling after delivery, or by normal variation within agreed tolerances.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the invoiced value of the goods giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of market, loss of goodwill, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
14. Force majeure
Neither side is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, sanctions, port or customs disruption, transport failure, power shortage or governmental action. The affected side will notify the other promptly, and the parties will agree on a revised schedule.
15. Termination
Either side may end the relationship if the other commits a material breach and does not remedy it within 30 days of written notice, or becomes insolvent. Orders already confirmed and in production will be completed and invoiced, unless the law requires otherwise.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms and any contract with us are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute by negotiation in good faith. If that fails within 60 days, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court at our place of business in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China, unless the contract provides for arbitration.
17. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the revision date above shows the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
