A stick pack is the most portable way to deliver a functional dose, and it only works if the seal, dose and moisture barrier are right. ZOOMSHEAL Health runs dedicated stick pack and sachet lines in our GMP-certified Guangzhou Huadu facility, forming, filling and sealing from roll film for brands, distributors and DTC sellers.
We fill 2 g to 10 g single-dose sticks and 15 g to 30 g sachets, with four-side seal construction, nitrogen flushing to protect oxidation-sensitive actives, and dual-chamber sticks that keep a powder and a liquid separated until use. Formats include probiotics, collagen peptides, electrolytes, multivitamins, energy blends and liposomal liquids.

Stick packs fail for three reasons: weak seals, off-weight fills and moisture ingress. Our quality plan controls all three, with in-line seal checks, gravimetric fill verification and water-activity testing on hygroscopic powders such as probiotics and vitamin C.
Production runs in a GMP-certified facility in Guangzhou Huadu following FDA, NSF and cGMP standards, with HACCP-based controls across film intake, blending, filling, sealing and packing. Every lot ships with a certificate of analysis covering fill weight, seal strength, microbiology and moisture.
